Katsumi Sakurai ("we") provides this policy for the iOS app "Make Ten" (the "App").

1. Information we do not collect

The App requires no account and we operate no server. We never receive any of your information.

The App does not use or collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, location, photos, camera or microphone.

2. Data stored on your device

Your play records are stored only on your device (in iOS UserDefaults) and are never transmitted.

TypeContents
Best scoreYour highest score in endurance mode
Play recordsScore, longest chain, blocks cleared, level and date of each game
Puzzle recordsThe dates whose daily puzzle you have solved

Deleting the App removes this data from your device. We cannot access it.

3. Advertising

The App uses Google AdMob to serve third-party advertisements. To deliver, measure and protect ads, AdMob may automatically collect information such as:

TypeContents
Advertising identifiersIDFA and identifiers issued by AdMob
Device informationDevice model, OS version, language, screen size, etc.
Approximate locationCountry or region inferred from the IP address
Ad interactionImpressions, taps, etc.

This information is collected and used by Google; we do not receive its contents. See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

Ads appear as a banner at the bottom of the title screen, and as a full-screen ad when a daily puzzle ends (whether cleared or failed). A full-screen ad is shown only if at least 60 seconds have passed since the previous one. No ads are shown while you are playing.

4. App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

On first launch the App may present Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. Only if you choose "Allow" is the advertising identifier used for personalized ads. If you decline, you will see non-personalized ads and every feature of the App remains available.

You can change this at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

5. For users in the EEA, UK and Switzerland

For users in these regions, the App presents a consent form through Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). You can change your choice at any time from "広告のプライバシー設定" (Ad privacy settings) at the bottom of the title screen; this entry appears only where such a control is required.

6. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as laws change or features are added. Significant changes will be announced on this page.
