Katsumi Sakurai ("we") sets out below how information is handled in the iOS app "Nage Kiss" ("the App").
The App requires no account and we operate no server. Player names, gaze calibration results and game scores are handled only on your device and are never transmitted elsewhere. We do not collect or store your name, email address, phone number, contacts, location or photos.
The App uses the front camera, but never stores or transmits the video. No camera imagery ever leaves your device.
Using Apple's ARKit face tracking, the App derives only three values from the front (TrueDepth) camera — the orientation of your face, the direction of your gaze, and how far your mouth is open — in order to position the on-screen crosshair and to detect the gesture that throws a kiss. The mouth value is the number between 0 and 1 that ARKit reports (jawOpen); it is not an image of your mouth. All processing happens on device, in real time, subject to the following.

You can revoke camera access at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera. If you do, the App automatically falls back to aiming by tilting the device or dragging on the screen, and every feature remains available.
The App uses Google AdMob to deliver third-party advertising. AdMob may automatically obtain the following information for ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention.

This information is obtained and used by Google; we do not receive its contents directly. See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
Ads appear only on the title and result screens, never during play.
On first launch the App may present Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. Only if you choose "Allow" is the advertising identifier used to deliver personalised ads. If you decline, you will see non-personalised ads and every feature of the App remains available.
You can change this at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
For users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the App presents a consent form for advertising data use via Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). You can change your choice at any time from Settings → Ad privacy settings inside the App.
The App is not designed for children under 13.
We may revise this policy as laws change or as features are added. Significant changes will be announced on this page.
